Cheapest supermarket to buy Baileys this week – but you’ll have to be quick

SHOPPERS can get their hands on one litre of Baileys for just £10 at a major supermarket this week - but be quick.

Sainsbury's and Tesco are selling the festive favourite for just a tenner this week, so be quick.

Shoppers have until December 11 to grab the deal at Sainsbury's stores.

It's still in stock online but of course, prices and stock may vary at your local store.

Meanwhile, Tesco is also giving the chance for customers to get a bottle for £10 - you'll just need to have a Clubcard as it's for these shoppers only.

You can get a Tesco Clubcard for free and earn points as you shop, as well as getting cheaper prices.

You can then use the points to get vouchers for money off food or other rewards like discounts on day trips.

Tesco is keeping the offer open until December 12 so again, make sure you're quick.

It isn't clear if the deals are available in store and online at Sainsbury's and Tesco so make sure you check.

In November, the superstore was selling the Christmas drink for just £8, but this offer has now expired.

The one litre bottle usually costs £22.

When we looked online to see how much other supermarkets were selling the bottle for we couldn't find it any cheaper.

Asda is currently selling the Baileys bottle for £13, down from £20.

Meanwhile, Morrisons is also selling it for £12.99 - for a litre bottle.

We couldn't see the festive favourite on Aldi, Lidl, Marks and Spencer, or Waitrose sites - but some do offer own brand alternatives.

Always bear in mind, it's worth shopping around for the best deals.

Websites like trolley.co.uk let you compare prices of 130,000 products across 14 major high street supermarkets.

Not only that, but you can use the Latest Deals app as well which lets you search items and compare prices across several supermarkets.

While £10 for a litre of Baileys might seem like a steal, one supermarket was selling it for cheaper last Christmas.

Tesco customers could grab a bottle for £9.50 and customers were left saving £10.50 as it usually costed £20.

The discounted booze was only on offer for a week though.
