An ex-postman of 32 years broke into a woman's bedroom to steal her underwear, filmed himself wearing them and masturbated.
Glen Holden entered the property on Milborne Port in Somerset when the occupants were away on holiday.
Bournemouth Crown Court heard on June 8 that footage, seized from the 59-year-old’s mobile phone, showed Holden walking around the property naked, reports Dorset Live.

The footage also showed him masturbating while wearing a pair of white lacy knickers that belonged to the resident. He had taken them from her bedroom.
Prosecutor Holly Fagan said the footage was unearthed by police officers investigating two later dwelling burglaries of a similar nature in Milborne Port and Sherborne in June and July 2022.
She said: “The footage was recorded at around two o'clock in the morning. The footage shows Mr Holden walking around the house while naked from the waist down.
“It shows him go into the bedroom of the house, climbed onto the bed with his backside facing the camera. At that point, he was wearing a T-shirt with lacy white women's knickers on and socks.
“He then seems to kneel on the bed and masturbate. He then suddenly stopped and got off the bed.”
A second clip showed Holden touching various belongings including a makeup brush and face cream while making “rhythmic panting noises”.
He then appears to have rubbed semen off his fingers and onto the victim's makeup brushes.
Holden also created a number of sexualised photo collages, with one image featuring his semen in a face cream tub with the caption ‘I can truly say I have cum all over (this woman’s) face’.
The victim was shown the footage by police and told them she had no idea he had broken into her home or any idea how he did it.
She then discovered that the same white knickers in her drawer were not clean, and disposed of them.
In a statement, she said: “I would not have known that Mr Holden would have been in my home. I find the whole incident very disturbing as we do not know how we got into our home.
“We've known Glen as the local postman for some time and all our interactions have always been pleasant and professional. I find it a breach of the trust you have in your postman to commit such a violation of our privacy.”
His mobile phone also contained footage of him secretly filming the victim while delivering her post.

Glen Holden, previously of Sherborne but now living in Bracknell, previously pleaded guilty to burglary dwelling with intent to cause damage at Poole Magistrates’ Court.
In September 2022, Holden was jailed for 16 months for similar behaviour and those dwelling burglaries in September 2022 but was released from HMP Guy’s March on April 21 on licence.
Holden had previously stolen underwear from washing lines to take home for his own sexual pleasure, before washing and returning them.
Due to some issues with the probation report and to investigate if any communal punishment or treatment can be applied to Holden, the case was adjourned for sentencing at the same court on June 29. Holden was released on bail.
