HELEN Skelton's ex Richie Myler has gushed over his new girlfriend days after the presenter sold off their joint posessions.
Last week, the Strictly Come Dancing semi-finalist underwent a "revenge clearout" by giving away their marriage gifts.
Cameras caught Countryfile host Helen, 39, clearing out a range of items after "taking stock" of her life.
The pair shocked fans when they announced they were calling time on their eight year marriage earlier this year.
The popular presenter and the rugby league player announced they had split not long after they had welcomed their third child.
Since then, Richie has moved on with Stephanie Thirkill, who is pregnant with the pair's first baby.
The dad to be has now taken to his social media to celebrate her birthday, posting a picture with the caption: "Happy birthday bub ❤️
"Thank you for always being you! I love you lots."
Stephanie, 33, was linked to rugby star Richie just days after his split from Helen was announced in April.
She told Instagram followers of her pregnancy in October.
Richie has three children with Helen.
Helen told The Sun last month that Strictly has been like therapy following her marriage split, made more painful after ex Richie announced his dad-to-be status.
She had said: “Strictly is probably quite overwhelming for a lot of people but for me, weirdly, I was actually in the best place to be in it.”
This weekend, Helen dished out the ultimate revenge with a sassy Couples Choice dance to take her to Strictly Come Dancing's next stage.
