JILL Scott has revealed she had not just one but two cockroaches stuck in her ears after a trial.
I’m A Celebrity viewers watched as a medic briefly removed one for her, but in reality her ordeal lasted a lot longer.
Appearing on Loose Women today, Jill recalled the terrifying moment, as host Charlene White described what really happened.
Charlene said: “I think the most difficult moment for you was when you got a cockroach stuck in each year.
“All I remember is you sort of going ‘no, no there is something in there’ and they tried for ages to get it out
“Chris ran over to hold your hand because we were all really panicked for you.
“And then Jill sat back down with all of us and suddenly went ‘no, no there is one in the other ear’.”
She added: “I think that is the only moment I saw you get slightly panicked.”
Laughing Jill said: “I was in the trial and I could feel it crawling in my ear and they said ‘the medics are on hand’ and I was like ‘what does that mean?’”
Jill ended up winning the series, while Owen Warner came in second and Matt Hancock in third.
The football star admitted she hasn’t heard from Matt since then amid rumours of an ongoing feud with the campmates and the MP.
She admitted: “I haven’t had a message of him yet.”
But being as balanced as ever, Jill added: “My knowledge of politics isn’t actually that good so once we got into the jungle and everyone puts the jungle outfits on, we were one team.
“He was going to get the stars, he was feeding us, so I was happy with that.”
