Kourtney Kardashian is clearly in the festive spirit as she surprised her kids with a very impressive elf on the shelf scene.
The Poosh founder shared a video of the fun, where she had covered the floorboards with icing sugar.
Around the sugar were toy police cones and cordons, as Kourtney slowly panned to reveal the naughty elf.
"Wait what is this? Is this snow from the North Pole?
One of her children, thought to be Reign, can be heard saying: "Yeah, it's snow, they were snowing so they brought some snow."
"I can see some lingering snow, and they left you a letter? They said Santa got your letter and he forgives you for touching the elf, it happens from time to time."

Her kids can be heard asking each other if they had "made their Christmas lists yet" in sweet background dialogue.
The family appeared to be enjoying a festive trip away, in what looks like a log cabin.
