When Nicole Lorraine Linton, 37, was indicted Monday, prosecutors in court revealed she was involved in 13 of her car accidents in the past.

Linton's attorney, Halim Danidina, said he had "serious mental health issues" that could be linked to Thursday's fatal accident in California.
