Sister Wives' Janelle Brown has said that she is "feeling her best" as she showed off her dramatic weight loss and offered up tips to fans to enjoy a healthier diet.
The reality star, 53, took to Instagram earlier this week to offer an insight into her daily life, sharing some videos and photos that saw her sipping on a pink-coloured drink.
Janelle, who rose to fame on the TLC show, recently lost a massive seven stone (100lb), with her having reportedly shed around half of her former weight.
Sharing a video of her road trip from visiting her daughter Maddie, Janelle could be seen beaming while holding onto a bottle filled with her famous pink drink.
In the caption she penned: "What a great road trip to Maddie's. I'll say they get easier and easier, especially when I'm giving my body what it needs. Balancing blood sugar, sustainable energy without caffeine spikes, and helping with any brain fog or lag, I might experience."
She then teased her weight loss and health tips when she penned: "Message if you're ready to feel your best, too!"
Previously Janelle has shared videos that see her pouring sachets of pink powder into a see-through bottle with water in it.
The famous pink drink that Janelle, and her former sister wives, can often be seen drinking is from a brand called Plexus.
Plexus is a supplement company which stocks products to help rid the “body of the bad stuff” and “pave the way to better digestive health".
At the beginning of 2023, Janelle shared her weight loss journey on social media, at the time of posting she penned: "This health journey I’ve been on has been incredible.
"The results weren't overnight and I'm okay with that. It's all about slow and steady that wins the race."
Janelle was married to Kody Brown, with news of their separation coming to light in December 2022 in a series for the then-new series of Sister Wives.
Janelle and Kody were "spiritually" married for around 30 years and don't consider themselves divorced, officially.
