The occasion was splendid and colorful, and the program was held at Winners’ Chapel in Congo Town; dignitaries from both the government and foreign missions were in full gear to witness over the weekend the Exchange of Vows between James Hernic Pearson, II, the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and beautiful Econtee Savice.
The celebrants at the occasion could not withhold their joy on that day, when family members, friends and senior government officials, including the Ministers of Justice and Defense, and the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Liberia were present to grace the occasion.

Joel Cholo Brooks is a Liberian journalist who previously worked for several international news outlets including the BBC African Service. He is the CEO of the Global News Network which publishes two local weeklies, The Star and The GNN-Liberia Newspapers. He is a member of the Press Union Of Liberia (PUL) since 1986, and several other international organizations of journalists, and is currently contributing to the South Africa Broadcasting Corporation as Liberia Correspondent.
