The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Palm Springs Resort has embarked on improving the facilities of the place to meet international standards.
A tour at the facilities saw several employees working at the restaurant, swimming pool, and other areas.
“Our manager, Mr. Najib Kamard has a new plan for this place. Right now, he has started to carry out renovation of these areas which will cost a huge sum of money,” Isaac Moore, an employee said.
Another employee, Madam Esther Kollie said, “We think our boss is up to the task. Even though the business has not been easy with many companies, we are thankful for the new step he is taking to make this place new again. That is the type of person we need here.”
On the question of settling employees’ arrears, she said, the CEO has been making settlements with them and some of them are contemplating going back to work.
“From what I know, most of the people that he owes, have been paid. Even some of them want to come back for re-employment once we complete this place.”
“This is good money that he is spending here. When this work is completed soon, it will be one of the best in the country.”
