Christina Haack defends keeping son Hudson off social amid Ant Anstead drama

Christina Haack defended her decision to keep her son Hudson’s face off social media as a means of “control” after her ex-husband Ant Anstead accused her of “exploiting” their son.

The “Christina on the Coast” star issued a statement after she shared a family photo with current husband Josh Hall but placed an emoji over only Hudson’s face.

“This will be the last time I talk about this … Since there is so much confusion and false info about Hudson’s photos,” Christina began the lengthy message posted to her Instagram Story.

“People on here telling me, ‘She was never told she couldn’t post’ … Umm correct … I never said that! I was NOT told I could no longer post Hudson … I was NOT told anything by a judge because I was never in front of a judge. I CHOSE and choose not to post Hudson because I was exhausted with Instagram being used as a tool against me.”

Haack, 39, who also shares who also shares 12-year-old daughter Taylor and 7-year-old son Brayden with Tarek El Moussa, declared she’d no longer share photos of her 3-year-old son after Anstead claimed in their brutal custody battle over Hudson that the HGTV star was using him as a “puppet” to get more brand deals.

In response, Haack called Anstead’s “truly offensive” claims “manipulation tactics” used to win their custody battle.

“This has nothing to do with ads, people need to wrap their heads around the fact that none of this actually has to do with advertisements,” Haack’s Instagram statement continued. “This is about CONTROL.”

The former “Flip Or Flop” co-host further explained that her decision to no longer show her son’s face was because she was “sick” of “Instagram being used as a tool against me to judge the kind of mom I am.”

“Every photo I posted of Hudson on my Story or my main page was being screen shot and picked apart,” she added. “So that is why I am choosing not to post Hudson.”

Meanwhile, the “Celebrity IOU: Joyride” host, 43, has had to defend himself over the fact that he continues to share pictures of Hudson’s face.

“She’s had 25 weeks to agree,” the car builder wrote of his legal request for her not to “exploit” their son.

“She finally has.”
