A judge dismissed Katharina Mazepa’s restraining order against Lisa Hochstein after accusing her of harassment and bullying.
In court documents obtained by Page Six, Judge Ayana Harris found no “just cause” in Mazepa’s petition for a restraining order against the “Real Housewives of Miami” star.
“Upon review, the evidence presented is insufficient under the Florida law […] to allow the Court to issue an injunction for protection against domestic, repeat, dating or sexual violence or stalking,” the filing, which was submitted on Nov. 28, read.
Following the dismissal, Hochstein exclusively told Page Six on Tuesday that she is now free to speak about the case.
She explained, “In July of this year, my estranged husband’s girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, filed for a Restraining Order against me based on an affidavit, containing nothing but false and fictitious accusations against me.”
Lisa — who is in the midst of divorcing Lenny Hochstein after 12 years of marriage — claimed that Mazepa tried to “portray herself as a victim” and “vilify” her throughout the proceedings.
“Thankfully, the judge saw through her vicious lies and antics and dismissed the case,” Lisa said.
Lisa, 40, further alleged that Mazepa’s “unsubstantiated attempt” to get a restraining order against her was “nothing more than a cheap publicity stunt” and was a way for Lenny to “improve his position in the divorce proceedings.”
“I am glad that my attorney, Jayne Weintraub, exposed her lying under oath and that I was fully exonerated,” Lisa, who shares two kids — Logan, 7, and Elle, 2 — with Lenny, said.
“Now I can focus completely without distraction, on what matters most—my children.”

Back in July, Mazepa filed a restraining order against Lisa, claiming the reality star had been harassing and bullying her since she started dating Lenny.
Lisa immediately responded to the allegations, telling Page Six in August that the accusations were “ridiculous.”
“Regarding his girlfriend, I am working with my attorney on a legal response to her ridiculous allegations which everyone knows are untrue,” Lisa told us at the time, adding, “What a waste of their time and money.”
The restraining order came amid Lisa’s ugly divorce from the self-proclaimed “Boob God,” 56, after he was accused of cheating.
In May, Lenny filed for divorce after Page Six reported there was a “showdown” when Lisa caught him partying with Mazepa at Miami Club Gala.
“They were all there, and they did have words,” a source told us at the time. “A drink was thrown.”
And while Lisa was “blindsided” by Lenny’s decision to divorce her, the plastic surgeon told Page Six that their breakup couldn’t be a surprise because they “were sleeping in separate bedrooms.”

Mazepa has also denied being “the reason for their breakup.”
“The reality is that both Lenny and I have been separated from our spouses for a while and are both going through divorces. I was informed Lisa was fully aware that he was going out with me,” the Austrian model told us in May.
Lenny and Mazepa did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
