Scamming expert Anna Delvey to speak in Harvard Business School class

The Ivy League is going from preppy to perp-y, it seems.

Earlier this week we reported that famed fraudster Anna Delvey has been asked to speak at Harvard.

Now, we’ve learned what class she’ll be speaking in.

A rep for the Cambridge, Mass., university has confirmed to us that Delvey —  who posed as a German heiress to party her way through New York’s highest social circles, scamming luxury hotels and financial institutions along the way  — has been invited to speak to second-year Business School students in a course called “Borderline” later this semester.

The class description say it explores “companies driven by well-intentioned managers whose plans go astray, ambitious entrepreneurs who misjudge their risks, and professional organizations led by scamsters.”

The course, taught by Professor Eugene Soltes, will dive into “the messy, complex, and often hidden risks lurking throughout the business world.” “Our course will confront these issues from the perspective of innovative entrepreneurs trying to overcome outdated regulation, multinational leaders facing Catch-22 dilemmas, and investors seeking to profit from emerging commercial phenomenon,” it says.

The class uses a number of materials leaked documents and “guests who possess unique knowledge and expertise in this often murky side of the business world.”

Delvey faked a slew of documents in an attempt to get an arts center off the ground.

It will also discuss “hacking, non-fungible token authentication, corporate espionage, cannabis banking” and other debatably ethical parts of the business world.

Delvey herself dropped an NFT while in detention, offering up sketches — and more personal items. “I don’t want force my panties on anyone, but if they ask,” she told us at the time.

Delvey has been the subject of photoshoots and has an upcoming reality TV show.

Delvey — who has managed to create a brand for herself as a glamorous ex-con-about-town (well, under house arrest), whose many talents include jailhouse artistreality star and now chic downtown party host — previously spoke virtually from an ICE detention facility with students in Columbia University’s “Intro to Reporting” class.

We’re told she has also been asked to speak with students at England’s elite Oxford University.

In 2019, Delvey was convicted of grand larceny, attempted grand larceny and theft of services for schemes including a plan to fake her way into a $22 million bank loan.

She was sentenced to four to 12 years in prison and was released on good behavior on February 11, 2021. She was thrown in an ICE detention and released to house arrest in October.

It’s not just academic institutions who want a piece of New York’s hottest criminal.

Last week, the most coveted invite for the downtown set was a dinner party and bash, dubbed “Club House Arrest,” at Delvey’s East Village walk-up. Guests were asked to sign NDAs, and asked to give their social security numbers, Page Six reported.

Delvey, who was filming for her upcoming show “Delvey’s Dinner Club,” had two outfit changes during the evening and was decked in designer goods by stylist Altorrin.
