MASERU For the first time in history, the focus now is on the National Team Mehalalitoe, for the team having qualified to play in a CAF WOMEN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ‘COSAFA’, we can all attest to it that it has been a great privilege to watch our ladies grow into the best players they are today. We wish for them to continue making us proud.
They had to play teams like Green buffaloes, the double action ladies team from Botswana and Ntopwa fc just to mention a few and they did manage to score a few goals to mark their stay in the league and get to where they are today. Following their motto “if not us then who, if not now when?”
Let us continue rallying behind our LDF-Ladies FC Mehalalitoe which is made of the following players: Goalkeepers: Thuto Maifo, Boitumelo Nkeane and Mosilinyane Lefaphane. Defenders: ‘Mamoroesi Likotsi, Mosili Motšoeneng, Montšeng Matete, Tšoanelo Leboka, ‘Maqabane Mokhothu and ‘Mafusi Phesolo. Middle fielders: Ntsabeng Pelea, Palesa Mpeta, Mating Monokoane, Makobo Kepa, Bokang Matabane and Kefuoe Makoa. Strikers: Phuzile Molefe, Moselo Pita, Litšoanelo Maloro and Relebohile Akhente. We wish them the best of luck!
