U SLAST: Danas za ručak može i piletina sa parmezanom, pripremite je na ovaj način

Hrskava pileća prsa iz rerne sa mirisom parmezana za četiri osobe.

SASTOJCI:

1kg pilećih prsa

100 gr parmezana

4 kašike maslinovog ulja

2 kašike sjeckanog peršuna

½ kašičice bijelog luka u prahu

PRIPREMA:

1. Piletinu operite i iosušite.

2. Posolite, pobiberite pa natrljajte bijelim lukom u prahu.

3. Narendajte parmezan pa ga pomiješajte sa peršunom i maslinovim uljem.

4. Piletinu uvaljajte u smjesu pa popržite nekoliko minuta sa svake strane na tavi dok ne porumeni.

5. Poredajte u tepsiju i dospite ½ čaše vode.

6. Pecite u rerni zagrijanoj na 200 stepeni 30 minuta.
