ANDREW and Tristan Tate have been released from prison and put on house arrest on Friday after getting arrested as part of a probe into human trafficking and rape allegations.

A spokesperson for the brother explained how they were "ecstatic" and "are appreciative" for the announcement of the Romanian judicial system.

The disgraced influencer broke his social media silence on Twitter with a post, which read: "I win. No tears," while retweeting a post from February in which he admitted that he "almost cried."

He shared many other tweets, which some read: "God is great," or another "Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans. Vivid pain," with them reaching over four million views.

Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, Georgina Naghel and Luana Radu were ordered to stay in the buildings where they live until April 29, unless they have permission by the courts to leave, Romania's anti-organised crime agency spokesperson Ramona Bolla said.
