Carol Vorderman hit back at trolls telling her to 'act her age' as she flaunted her washboard abs while attempting to do the splits as part of her gruelling workout routine.
The former Countdown queen, 61, teased a glimpse of the South African backdrop having just recently returned after her stint in I'm A Celebrity All Stars - set to air next year.
In a hot red, long-sleeved crop top, the maths whizz jumped about on an exercise mat as she moved through a series of yoga-inspired fitness moves.
Carol added a pair of figure-hugging leggings in the same colour and teamed her look with a pair of blue trainers.
She showed off her natural beauty with a neutral make-up pallet and kept her soft blonde locks loose.
With Lizzo's 2 Be Loved (Am I Ready) track in the background, the mum-of-two captioned the reel: "Been trying much more yoga and Pilates and 'learning the splits' stretching this summer.....now I’ve put it into my own routine as pure slow yoga isn’t for me, even though it’s obviously very good."

Targeting followers who have been giving her a hard time about 'acting her age', she said: "And to anyone who says you shouldn't do “this or that” at a certain age...and is still living in the 20th or even 19th century....please bear this in mind when you’re attempting to troll any woman no matter what their age ...
"I love my life. I’m alive and fit and happy.....but do you know the strongest bit of my body now?

Carol's burst of fitness was framed by the stunning backdrop of South Africa, which is where she has been filming I'm A Celebrity All Stars.
She was a huge hit on the 2016 series, and fans are looking forward to seeing her in the spin off show which will air next year.

"We've got news," Dec said: "It's probably the worst kept secret in television, but we can confirm we're doing a very special series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in South Africa!
"We're here, it's going to be your favourite celebrities from the last 20 years who are going back in to do it one more time."
