An old chapel has gone up for sale for just £69,000 – but the home is not for the faint of heart.
The old church's low price tag may seem enticing to buyers. It's especially exciting for bargain-hunters looking for a fixer-upper they can put their own stamp on, as the property has "scope for development."
However, the chapel at Addison Avenue in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, has a rather spooky catch – it's surrounded by a graveyard. The property is being sold online by Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions, who confirmed the cemetery is included in the bargain price.

The spokesperson said: "The chapel offers a wonderful opportunity to acquire a property which offers scope for development. The sale of the chapel does include the surrounding graveyard."
The chapel probably isn't your dream house if you're afraid of ghosts. But while a burial ground might not be everyone's ideal setting for a future home, the chapel still boasts a lot of potential.
Planning for a two-bed and three-bed house is in the works and the whole building has been stripped down to the bare bones, meaning whoever buys the place should be ready to get stuck in renovating the property.
"There is also planning for a two bed and three bed house and there are visiting rights for the graveyard," the spokesperson continued. "The chapel has been stripped out in readiness for work to commence and also benefits from parking for up to four cars."
"The property offers convenient access to the M4 Junction 34 and the train station at Pontyclun just a short drive away."
The chapel is one in a catalogue of 100 properties going up for sale from midday on November 7. The sale will then end at 5pm on November 9. More information can be found here.
