Qualification and Education
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional or specialised training and/or exposure to:
- Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Required Experience

- Excellent customer service skills and able to maintain good customer relations

Job Summary
To provide general assistance to consumers by:
- Generating, dispatching of CRM Cases
- Resolving customer complaints
- Filing of documents
