It’s all systems go for the Miss Dominica pageant 2023 tonight Thursday February 16.
Five young ladies from across the island will participate in five categories in a display of grace and elegance.
Appearing as contestant number one is 22-year-old Meeya Francis representing Canefield. Contestant number two is 22-year-old Moesha Thomas representing Petite Soufriere. Appearing third on stage will be 20-year-old Adicia Burton from Crayfish River in the Kalinago Territory. Contestant number four is 22-year-old Tarnia Eugene from Grand Bay. And appearing fifth on stage is Sandrin Elizee from Kingshill.
Events Assistant at the Dominica Festivals Committee, Kerwin Jno Baptiste is encouraging patrons to purchase tickets to support the young ladies, or watch via pay-per-view, as it promises to be a once in a lifetime experience.
